Meet The Team
Spencer DeMink
Spencer specializes in Political Communications here in Coastal Georgia and has lived in Savannah, Georgia, for eight years.
​
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Political Science, he began working full-time as the Communications Director for the Wade Herring for Congress Campaign, traveling across Georgia's First Congressional District, absorbing information, meeting new people, and honing his skills in the world of Communications. Since then, Spencer recently completed his first legislative session at the Georgia State Capitol, serving as Communications Director for the Georgia Senate Democratic Caucus.
After creating relationships with members of the media, local communities, and the state Democratic party from Savannah to Brunswick, Soencer and his team offer what they have learned to leaders in Georgia interested in expanding their brand, connecting with constituents, and winning races.
Tigerlily Harrington
Tigerlily Harrington is a lifelong Georgian and a Savannah resident since 2022. A graduate of the Kennesaw State University class of 2023, she spent her time at college working on the campaigns of a variety of GA Democrats, including Rep. Lucy McBath, Dontaye Carter, and Antonio Daza. She was also a fellow for the DPG during the 2021 Senate runoffs and worked for the Georgia Youth Justice Coalition, advocating for voter protection and fair redistricting.

Now a proud Savannahian, Tigerlily has been civically engaged in her new home from the get-go. She has worn a number of hats around town, including the former President of the Young Democrats of Chatham County.
In addition to her work with DeMink Communications, Tigerlily also serves as Communications Director for Startup Savannah, where she helps to uplift and empower entrepreneurs from all across the Coastal Empire.

Outside of work, you can find her strolling (speed walking) around Forsyth Park, snapping photos, and occasionally hitting a punching bag.
Mia Nocero
Mia is behind DeMink Communications’ digital content. A 2024 SCAD graduate with a BFA in Film and Television, from filming and graphics to social media planning and photography, Mia helps our clients build strong, engaging online identities that reflect their values and vision.
